Shekinah Birmans was first established in 1995, after first sighting and falling in love with the beautiful Birman breed. My first two females were purchased and I was on my way.

Through selective breeding, together with a lot of hard work and persistence, my show career has been very successful over the years. I believe that in breeding the concentration should be on quality, not quantity! As such at Shekinah Birmans we keep only a small nucleus of top quality breeding stock.

My life and that of my family has been enriched and expanded, through the many wonderful friendships and contacts we have made over the years. All due to the beautiful Sacred Cat of Burma.
